White Label Relationship

Whereas personal data is hosted in information repositories and systems of Gaming Innovation Group p.l.c, it is brought to your attention that the Site is operated by Sleipnir Entertainment Limited, having company registration number C 74967 and its registered office at 28/19 (Suite No. 1761) Vincenti Buildings, Strait Street, Valletta VLT 1432, Malta (hereinafter referred to as “White Label.”) White Label is the owner and operator of the website and manages and administers all aspects related to the front end, the content on the site as well as all marketing/CRM activities related to the business carried out on the site. The White Label is also responsible for customer support to Players who are using this site. White Label therefore has and requires constant full access to personal data collected by Gaming Innovation Group p.l.c. You will also receive communications directly from the White Label and any permissions granted herein to Gaming Innovation Group p.l.c. are extended to the White Label.

Insofar as the White Label is sending or receiving data held in or from systems of Gaming Innovation Group p.l.c., the White Label is a data processor and Gaming Innovation Group p.l.c. is data controller.
